Capabilities
Four processes under one quality system
In-house tooling, molding, machining and finishing mean fewer suppliers, shorter lead times and one accountable documentation trail.

Process 01
Plastic Injection Molding
From engineering polymers like PEEK and Ultem to cosmetic Class-A consumer parts, our 50–1,000 ton molding cells run 24/7 with in-cavity pressure monitoring and fully documented process windows. In-house tooling means mold changes and engineering revisions happen in days, not weeks.
- Machine tonnage
- 50 – 1,000 T
- Tolerance
- ±0.05 mm (±0.02 mm achievable)
- Max part size
- 800 × 600 × 400 mm
- Mold life
- 300K – 1,000,000+ shots

Process 02
CNC Machining
A climate-controlled machining hall with DMG MORI 5-axis cells, Swiss-type lathes and unmanned overnight runs. We hold ±0.005 mm on critical features, machine everything from 17-4PH to titanium, and ship with full dimensional reports when required.
- Machining precision
- ±0.01 mm (±0.005 mm tight tolerance)
- Axes
- 3 / 4 / 5-axis milling, turn-mill, Swiss turning
- Max part size (milling)
- 1,200 × 600 × 600 mm
- Max part size (turning)
- Ø 420 × 800 mm, bar feeder Ø 32 mm

Process 03
Mold Making
Our tool room designs and builds SPI-compliant production molds from P20 to S136 hardened steels — export-standard with HASCO / DME / MISUMI components, complete cooling analysis and interchangeable cavity inserts. Typical T1 in 18–35 days.
- Mold size range
- 150 × 150 – 1,200 × 1,000 mm
- Mold weight
- up to 8,000 kg
- Mold steels
- P20 / 718H / NAK80 / S136 / H13 / 2316
- Cavity steel hardness
- up to HRC 48–52 (hardened & tempered)

Process 04
Finishing & Assembly
Color-matched painting with ΔE ≤ 1 control, plating lines, pad printing and laser marking — plus documented sub-assembly and box-build cells with functional testing, packaging engineering and direct shipment to your distribution centers.
- Painting
- Color match ΔE ≤ 1.0, 20–80 µm film, UV / PU coatings
- Plating
- Ni / Cr / Sn / Zn, salt spray 48–96 h
- Printing
- Pad printing, silk screen, heat transfer, laser etching
- Assembly
- Sub-assembly, kitting, box-build, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, taping
