Common Questions

Can you manage both plastic and metal parts in one kit?

Yes — we run multi-process kitting programs where molded, machined and purchased components are finished, assembled, packaged and shipped as one SKU with one quality record.

Do you provide color matching reports?

Every cosmetic program includes spectrophotometer readings (ΔE vs. master), light-booth approval samples and retained color plaques per batch.

How is assembly quality controlled?

Control-plan driven: torque verification, poka-yoke fixtures, in-line functional test and AQL 0.65 final inspection with batch traceability.
