Capability

CNC Machining

3/4/5-axis milling and turning, prototypes to 100K-piece batches.

A climate-controlled machining hall with DMG MORI 5-axis cells, Swiss-type lathes and unmanned overnight runs. We hold ±0.005 mm on critical features, machine everything from 17-4PH to titanium, and ship with full dimensional reports when required.

Common Questions

How fast can I get first articles?

Standard prototypes ship in 5–7 business days. 3-day rush is available for simple geometries in stock materials.

Do you support PPAP submissions?

Yes. We run IATF 16949 workflows and deliver PPAP Level 3 packages including PFMEA, control plan, MSA and capability studies for automotive programs.

Can you hold ±0.005 mm in production, not just prototypes?

Yes. Tight-tolerance features are mapped to temperature-controlled processes with in-process gauging; CMM sampling is defined in the control plan per batch.
