Capability

Plastic Injection Molding

50–1,000 T molding cells for production volumes from 1K to 1M+ parts.

From engineering polymers like PEEK and Ultem to cosmetic Class-A consumer parts, our 50–1,000 ton molding cells run 24/7 with in-cavity pressure monitoring and fully documented process windows. In-house tooling means mold changes and engineering revisions happen in days, not weeks.

Common Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no hard MOQ for injection molding once tooling exists. For pilot builds we regularly run 100–500 piece bridge production while your production tool is being cut.

Can you produce medical parts in a controlled environment?

Yes. Dedicated ISO 13485 molding cells run under positive pressure with documented cleaning and batch traceability. Material certifications (FDA / USP Class VI) are provided per lot.

How do you guarantee dimensional consistency across cavities?

Every new mold receives a full cavity-by-cavity layout study with CMM reports. In production we sample parts each hour and apply SPC charts per cavity number.
