2. What we collect
- RFQ submissions: company name, contact name, email, phone (if provided), process / material / quantity details, messages, uploaded drawings and their technical metadata.
- Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, and submission timestamps, collected for security and abuse prevention.
- Usage data: anonymous analytics (e.g. Google Analytics 4) if enabled, subject to your cookie consent where required.
3. How we use it
- To prepare quotations, provide DFM feedback and communicate with you about your inquiry.
- To notify you of follow-ups you request. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails without consent.
4. Drawings and confidential information
Uploaded drawings are stored in access-controlled object storage, used solely to evaluate your RFQ, and retained only as long as needed for your program. We are happy to sign your NDA before receiving files — contact us and we will return a signed copy promptly.
5. Data transfers & retention
Your data may be processed by our service providers (email delivery, object storage, hosting) under contractual confidentiality. RFQ records are retained for up to 24 months after last activity unless you request earlier deletion.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing sales@apex-precision.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We enforce HTTPS on all traffic, validate and quarantine uploaded files, limit upload types to CAD formats and PDFs, and restrict access to RFQ records to authorized personnel.
