1. Scope

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by APEX Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Quotations, order confirmations and supply are governed by individually signed agreements, which prevail over these terms.

2. Quotations

Quotations are non-binding estimates valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on confirmed drawings, materials, tolerances, volumes and tooling scope. We reserve the right to revise quotes after DFM review.

3. Uploaded content

You confirm that you own or are licensed to submit the drawings and technical data you upload. You grant us permission to process those materials solely for quotation, DFM review and (if ordered) production.

4. Intellectual property

Customer drawings, designs and specifications remain the property of the customer. Tooling funded by the customer is customer property and is stored, maintained and used exclusively for that customer's orders while in our custody.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit malicious files, spam, or content that is unlawful. We apply rate limiting and captcha protection and may block sources that abuse the RFQ service.

6. Limitation of liability

Website content is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding manufacturing commitment; all obligations arise only from signed quotations and orders.
